How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow 2-3 days to process orders. If you require immediate assistance, please contact us. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm EST.   Return to Top

Can I get my statement of credit instantly through your website?

Once your answers are submitted and you receive a passing grade, a
statement of credit will be emailed in PDF format or a printed copy mailed upon request.    Return to Top

Can I access my CE information and history through your website?
Yes, your information can be viewed via the "Check Order Status" page. You will be asked for your email address and invoice number. Return to Top

Am I allowed to take a test again if I fail it the first time?
Yes, you are allowed one retake of a test without any additional cost if you fail it the first time.

Do you have live CE courses?

Do you offer CE for pharmacy technicians?
Yes, our CE programs can be taken by pharmacists or technicians and meet PTCB and ExCPT requirements for technician recertification. Some of our programs indicate that pharmacists are the target audience and have a universal program number (UPN) ending in "-P". This indicates the primary audience for the program but interested technicians may take these programs and receive CE credit as well.       Return to Top

ot have a credit card or I feel uncomfortable using my credit card online. Are there any other payment options?
Yes, you have 2 options. You can call us at 513/793-3555 or Toll Free at 877/742-7631 (US and Canada only) and pay with your credit card over the phone. You can also mail us a check along with a list of the programs you are requesting and your contact information.

How do I order multiple copies of the same test?
After you have found the test you would like to order, click the "Add to Cart" link and then the "View Cart" link. You will be taken to a page called "Contents of your Shopping Cart." On the left hand side, in the text box under quantity, change the quantity to the desired amount. Proceed with checkout process.       Return to Top

How can I order bulk CE hours?
We do not offer this feature, however, you can add multiple programs to your shopping cart. Simply find the programs which you would like to take and add them to your cart. Contact hours are located on topic pages and information pages.       Return to Top
