1. Choose an area of interest form our topic page. Then select the “Add to Cart” option for the article you wish to purchase.
2. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.
3. The CE program will be emailed in PDF format. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.

Upon receipt of your program:

Read the article then submit your answers by using any of these methods:
(a) Online submission at  http://www.pharmace.com/submitce.html.
(b) *Mark answers on provided answer sheets (if you opted to have your program mailed via regular post) and mail them to us for grading (see address below).
(c) *Fax your answers using the sheets provided (513-793-3600).

*Please make sure your name, the ACPE Universal Program Number(s), the article title(s), and program issue date(s) are on each answer sheet. Allow 3-5 days for processing (plus mailing time, if applicable).

Successful Completion:

If you achieve a grade of 70 percent or higher, you will receive a statement of credit which will be emailed to you. Additionally, you may request a printed statement of credit to be mailed to you.

If your score is less than 70 percent, you will be given one opportunity to retake that test at no additional charge.

Statements of Credit

Credit will be issued only once for each test successfully completed. If a replacement certificate is needed, please use this form to request a duplicate.

Credit may be awarded for any test up to three years after its publication.
